The SCOTUS came out for child rapists today. (SEE HERE.)McCain severly condemned it, and even Obama disagreed with the five libs in the majority.
Which means there's now a bi-partisan solution: A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.
The GOP should begin the amendment process and introduce a measure which would make it constitutional for states to allow juries the option of ordering the execution of child rapists.
CALL IT JESSICA'S AMENDMENT.
